Super Salad Packed Lunch to feed starved essay brain.


I've been recycling this salad formula for weeks now and it never fails to impress me. Mixed herb salad, feta, halved or quartered grapes, avocado and SEEDS. I also added salami to this one. And a bit of olive oil and vinegar. Super tasty. But what really makes this salad sparkly fantastic are the seeds - sunflower, sesame and almond flakes. Maybe even more if I could afford them. But toasted they are transformed from greyish unappealingness to divine smelling and golden brown. Yum yum.
